Bastyr University is excited to announce that our Wallingford clinic operations will relocate to our Kenmore campus effective January 12, 2026. This move will allow us to bring together our teaching, learning, and clinical care under one roof, improving efficiency and reducing the travel burden for faculty and students.
What’s Coming:
- Clinic services will move into refreshed spaces in Buildings A, B, C and D on the Kenmore campus.
- The Natural Medicine Shop is moving to building A! Our new home will continue to offer everything you love, including high-quality herbs, vitamins, natural cosmetics, teas, cards, books, crystals, clothing, jewelry, and thoughtful gifts.
Timeline (subject to refinement):
-
December 11 - The Natural Medicine Shop has now closed at the Wallingford Clinic, effective December 5, 2025. At this time, we are not able to accept or fill any prescription or product orders. We understand this disruption may be challenging, and we apologize and sincerely appreciate your patience.
We will share more information in early January 2026 and look forward to serving our patients and community again as soon as we’re able.
-
December 17 - Last day for in-person appointments
-
December 19 - Last day for telehealth appointments
-
January 12, 2026 - Planned opening day at the Kenmore campus. Telehealth appointments will be available starting on this day. We expect most services to be available in person as construction concludes.
Throughout this process, Bastyr remains committed to minimizing disruptions and ensuring high-quality care for our patients. Interim services and telehealth options will be available during the transition, and more details will be shared as plans are finalized through the clinic move committee. We look forward to welcoming you to our new clinic home in Kenmore in early 2026!
