Dr. Natiya Guin is an assistant professor at Bastyr University San Diego and a clinical supervisor at Bastyr University Clinic at EJEA.
Dr. Natiya is a licensed naturopathic doctor and leader in skin and whole-body health; integrating lifestyle, natural, and conventional medicine along with cutting-edge regenerative treatments to get to the root cause of disease. Her passion as a doctor and mother led her to advocate for increased ethics in medicine, specifically for women, children, and skincare products. She is a creative entrepreneur and founded Deep Living LLC, an organic skincare and wellness business to empower consumers to make safe choices for their health and the planet.
Dr. Natiya is an assistant professor at Bastyr University and adjunct instructor at UCSD, where she currently teaches the course she authored, Medical Ethics for Allied Health Professionals and Health Coaching. She also guest teaches at her alma mater, Loyola Marymount University, in Women’s Health.
Natiya believes that true health is achieved when people feel inspired and empowered which is why her work is published in wellness magazines and blogs worldwide; to share the foundations of naturopathic medicine!
Dr. Guin received her doctorate of naturopathic medicine from Bastyr University in San Diego, CA, in 2016. She received her Master's in Education from Loyola Marymount in Los Angeles, CA in 2010, and is also a nationally certified health and wellness coach.
