Crystal Rose Tank
DAOM, LAc, EAMP
Dr. Tank combines minimally invasive, gentle acupuncture techniques with tailored lifestyle guidance to help her patients achieve sustainable health improvements. She designs treatments that empower the body’s natural healing potential. Dr. Tank knows that daily reinforcement is the most profound way to create true change and empowers her patients through education and ‘homework’ to be the change they want to see in themselves.
Dr. Tank’s approach to care is rooted in the belief that every individual’s path to wellness is unique. Through the lens of traditional Chinese medicine, an eons old yet constantly evolving complete medicine system, comprehensive philosophy and whole person health is possible.
An area of particular interest is the conjunction of traditional Chinese medicine and biomedicine, and helping to translate between the two for health professionals and patients alike, and similarly, how cooperative medical systems result in better health outcomes for people.
Before returning to her hometown, Dr. Tank was honored to serve patients in Seattle at Virginia Mason Medical Center as the only Doctor of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, and prior to that on the Pain and Anesthesiology team at Harborview Medical Center.
