Brandy McGill
ND
Brandy McGill, ND, is a clinic supervisor at Bastyr University Clinic. She sees many patients of all ages with chronic and acute illnesses but specializes in women’s health and thyroid disorders.
Dr. McGill takes to heart the saying, "no two humans are alike," by treating each patient as an individual. She believes we all have different environmental exposures and a genetic make-up that make us unique in our lives and in our health. She and her patients work in a partnership to achieve optimal health. Dr. McGill believes in finding the root cause of her patient's concern(s) and that healing occurs on all three levels; mind, body and spirit. She utilizes various diagnostic tests and a multidisciplinary approach tailored to each individual & their needs. Her treatments may involve one or a mixture of therapeutics including clinical nutrition, vitamins & minerals, botanicals, homeopathy, lifestyle counseling and others.
Before attending naturopathic medical school, Dr. McGill interned at hospitals where she learned patient communication, viewed standard procedures and surgeries. She also worked in an integrative medical clinic, where she gained experience treating women with hormone imbalances and thyroid disorders by utilizing bioidentical hormones and nutrition.
