Dr. Andrew Simon is current clinical & academic adjunct faculty for Bastyr Center for Natural Health where he supervises student physicians in the Physical Medicine & Naturopathic Medicine Departments. Previous Rotations include Mind Body Medicine, Biofeedback, Primary Care, and Senior Health at the Ballard Senior Center. Dr. Andrew Simon completed his CNME Residency at Bastyr Center for Natural Health where he directly mentored under Dr. Steve Milkis, Dr. Brad Lichtenstein, Dr. Sarah Acosta Smith, and Dr. Dean Neary.
"My goal is to help patients find balance in their nervous system, physically, mentally, and spiritually. Learning how your physiology is intrinsically tied to your nervous system's response to its environment helps create new behavioral learning, and you can sustainably seek improved health and wellness. My goal is to help you find improved circulation to your joints, brain, and muscles as you learn strategies to be stronger physically and mentally to treat conditions of chronic pain and fatigue."
Dr. Andrew Simon is a mind-body medicine-focused primary care physician and physical medicine provider. He was voted Seattle Met Top Doctor four years in a row from 2017-2020, as he built his private practice in Ballard where he mentors student clinical preceptors and interns and offers residency training at Rebel Med NW. For nearly a decade at Bastyr Center for Natural Health, Dr. Simon has provided clinical guidance to student clinicians in becoming holistic primary care doctors. In both the Mind Body and Physical Medicine departments integrating mental health with physical health. Using hands-on therapies such as therapeutic bodywork, naturopathic spinal manipulation and OMT, orthopedic evaluation, medication & supplement management for many different conditions that benefit from physical activity and movement. Additionally providing valuable mind-body medicine applications to support mental health, stress reduction, and its implications on chronic pain & fatigue with mindfulness & breath.
