Operating Hours

The Bastyr Natural Medicine Shop is open:

  • Mon, Tue & Thurs 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. 
  • Wed & Fri 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. 
  • Sat & Sun CLOSED

Alternatively, non-prescription supplements and wellness product may be purchased 24/7 through our FullScript Store.  Teas, tinctures, teas and other similar items are now available for sale online at medicineshop.bastyr.edu  

**Same day pick up orders cannot be processed within 30 minutes of closing.**

Bastyr Center for Natural Health is one of the clinical training sites for Bastyr University. As such, the teaching clinic will be closed at the times listed below for various reasons associated with university scheduling.

  • November 23-25, 2023: Thanksgiving Weekend 

  • December 23, 2023 to January 1, 2024: Winter Holiday Break 

  • January 15, 2024: Martin Luther King Jr. Day 

  • January 24: Pathways to Success Career event at BUK-  No teaching clinic afternoon

  • February 19, 2024: President's Day 

  • Spring Break Modified Schedule: April 1-5, 2024 (no teaching clinic; Nat Med Shop open Tue-Thu; private practice & lab open Mon-Fri ) 

  • Nat Med Shop only: Closed April 1 and April 5, 2024 - reduced operations for closure week (Nat Med Shop open Tue 4/2 through Thur 4/5 ONLY) 

  • April 6, 2024: Closed Spring Break Weekend 

  • May 17, 2024: Bastyr Community Day - Clinic closes at 12:00 P.M. noon 

  • May 27, 2024: Memorial Day

Transit

Several buses serve the area (#16, #26, #31 and #32), and our building is wheelchair accessible.

Fragrance-Free Environment 

In keeping with our fragrance-free policy at Bastyr Center for Natural Health, we ask staff, students, and faculty to refrain from wearing fragrances such as perfume, cologne or scented lotions while at the clinic. We encourage our patients to join us in supporting this policy. 

If you are chemically sensitive, please be aware that practitioners use and dispense some scented botanicals including moxa for therapeutic purposes on the premises. We strive to be as sensitive as we can, but please be reminded that we are located in the city above a garage, which means occasionally events beyond our control can cause temporary odors.
