Dr. Dzikon is trained in clinical psychology with a background in neuropsychology and blind rehabilitation. She is a supervisor for our MA level counseling students as they begin providing therapy.

Biography

Dr. Dzikon earned her PhD in clinical psychology from the University of North Dakota where she specialized in neuropsychology and blind rehabilitation. She has significant experience in helping people thrive while coping with TBI, MS, adult-onset blindness, ADHD, and other types of neurodivergence. Dr. Dzikon is an advocate for health behaviors in supporting resiliency and is passionate about helping integrate these into their lives in ways that work for them. She is also focused helping therapists build their own resiliency and learn more about accommodating neurodivergence within therapeutic settings. At BCNH, Dr. Dzikon is a supervisor for our counseling shifts and oversees our students as they begin providing therapy. Dr. Dzikon is a former college athlete and in her personal time she enjoys running, hiking, reading and spending time with her family.
