"The power of nutrition is often underestimated for health. Registered dietitian nutritionists are a vital part of your care team and support an integrative, holistic, whole body approach. My team and I will talk about food + nutrition but also about balance, relationship to food, physical movement and exercise, sleep, stress, and even hormone balance as we work with you to improve your wellness."
