Cerra Kelly, ND, is a clinic supervisor at Bastyr University Clinic.

Biography

Dr. Cerra grew up in a health-conscious family and spent summers working at her parents’ independent pharmacy. While she saw how effective medications could be in acute situations, she was struck by how many patients relied on them long term. This early observation sparked her lifelong curiosity about root causes and sustainable healing which lead her to Naturopathic Medicine.

Dr. Cerra takes a whole-person approach to care, addressing more than just isolated symptoms. She emphasizes alignment of mind, body, and spirit, recognizing the powerful connection between emotional and physical health. With a clinical focus on the endocrine system and hormone regulation, she helps women navigate every stage of life—from regulating menstrual cycles and enhancing fertility to finding balance through menopause. Dr. Cerra also provides compassionate support for challenges such as anxiety, depression, and body image concerns.

Dr. Cerra received her medical training at Bastyr University in San Diego. Before attending naturopathic medical school, she earned a bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences and Spanish from Rutgers University.

Women’s health with a special focus on fertility, mental health (anxiety, depression, disordered eating), gastrointestinal conditions, and chronic or recurrent gynecological concerns such as BV, UTI's, and yeast overgrowth.
